Abstract :
The purpose of the present research was to study relationship between emotional intelligence, emotional self- efficacy and psychological well- being among the university students. 396 students (206 males, 190 females) participate in the study. Instruments were Emotional Intelligence Scale (Petrides & Furnhum, 2001), Emotional Self- efficacy Scale (Kirk, Schutte & Hine, 2008) and Psychological Well- being Scale (Ryff & Keyes, 1995). Multiple regression analysis indicated that emotional intelligence and emotional self- efficacy significantly predict the psychological well- being in university students.
