Abstract :
Abstract Background: cardiovascular disease, with an increasing rate and increased mortality from it, as one of the most expensive and controversial issues in the healthcare domain. This study aimed to evaluate risk factors among drivers due to the nature of inter-city jobs, mostly in people at high risk (3-5 risk factors) are important for designing a national model for cardiovascular disease management is a necessity for the country selected have Methods : We collected data on the breakdown of variables in each province and for each year (2006-2015) and averaging of data processing software for the SPSS-22 were transferred. And using descriptive statistics for a general understanding of the community and sample study was conducted Research variables include: main risk factors for cardiovascular disease, demographic characteristics and geographic features . Then, using T test and correlation, data analyzed and put to the test the first hypothesis, for each province creates a time trend variable was analyzed using ANOVA test. Given the amount of F computational statistics, was commenting to the variables and hypotheses of the path analysis (estimates partial least square method) was used. The next step in the modeling Field, variable refining and final variables in the model used in each province and, finally, the proposed model was drawn. Results Studies have shown that the average age of drivers in the province of 42.85 years and 11.17 years is equal to the average work experience. And the amount of BMI (abdominal fat mass) is equal to 27.8kg, m2 and above 25kg / m2 that the sample average is overweight. According to the mean value (79.5) (diastolic pressure) BPmin, (119.5) (systolic pressure) BPMax, it can be concluded that on average drivers Province, in terms of systolic and diastolic blood pressure risk located close to the situation. . The average value of TG (triglycerides) is equal to 169/08. And the average CHOL (cholesterol) is equal to 179.98 of the border last 150 After this point, the drivers are at the border danger. The average amount of FBS (fasting blood sugar) to 96.2 and moderate and is located close to the risk in the community and the average of health Deppression -47.93 and the criteria range is between 30-70, and that the situation is normal. And the average consumption of cigarettes 3.46 years. Also according to results of heart disease, up 7.8 percent from drivers with heart failure. The main components of risk factors including BPMin, FBS, Cigar, BMI, TG, Depression and geographical factors affecting risk factors including air temperature, the wind flow rate and number of days without dust in moon. The main components of risk factors including abdominal fat mass, systolic blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides and geographical factors affecting risk factors including air temperature and flow rate of the wind. Principal component associated demographic risk factors including age and experience in driving. Conclusion: The results show that the relationship between demographic variables and risk factors, negative and significant And in the sense that the main risk factors among drivers of all ages and experience lower, more observed. The results have shown that the relationship between the two variables is negative and significant geographic features and main risk factors And therefore the relationship between the main risk factors for cardiovascular disease is significant This means the pattern of health management and reduction of cardiovascular disease there.. This kind of analysis can be realistic in setting objectives, risk factors and diagnosis and prediction for the management and future studies will help officials, This model can be applied to other diseases and related topics in the field of Health and Medical Education, too, is applicable.
